When we meet

We hold an Ordinary Full Council meeting on the first Tuesday of every month.  For details, dates, times and venue of our Committee Meetings, please contact the Parish Council office. Meetings can also be found on the website calendar and under Minutes and Agendas section. We publicly display the agenda on our notice boards at Enniscaven, outside the Spar Shop and within the CLAYTAWC Building. Members of the public are more than welcome to attend our meetings. We would ask that you familiarise yourself with the agenda before attending so that you know the business to be discussed. Alternatively, if you have an issue that you feel the Parish Council should be addressing please get in touch with the office two weeks before the meeting this will enable the clerk to add your concern to the agenda, or contact the office one week prior to the meeting if you wish to raise the issue under public participation.
