Peninsula Transport, the shadow sub-national transport body (STB) for Cornwall, Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay transport authorities has opened a consultation on its vision and goals for the South West transport network. They have created a bulletin setting out more details on the vision document which can be found on their website:
